Technology Mentors provides computer support services for the central Ohio
resident and business. Our core services fall into three major categories;
Training: On-site, one on one, training using a teaching pyramid of
Visual, Audio, and Physical examples and lessons to empower the user and
maximize retention of covered material. Training is tailored to meet the needs
of the student.
Troubleshooting: On-site break/fix service to
correct system software or hardware issues the right way the first time.
First, we listen to the customer describe the issue. Second, repeat what the
customer said. Third, quickly find the solution that is best for the customer.
Technical Support: On-site management service that meets implementation,
maintenance, and use demands of the residential and small business customer.
